Let’s make your wedding undeniably, unforgettably yours.

I’m not your traditional wedding planner, and so I don’t have traditional wedding planning packages. Instead, I meet you wherever you are in your planning journey and help from that point on.

Generally, clients bring me into their wedding planning process at one of three places:

1. At the very beginning

No budget? No venue? No problem! I love working with clients from start to finish to craft a realistic budget and ensure that they are selecting a venue that reflects their wants and needs. From there, you’ll get your Plan Smarter, Stress Less Checklist and then we’ll decide on a vendor booking strategy to reduce overwhelm and make sure you’re finding the best vendor team for you. I’ll then be with you every step of the way.

2. Once they’ve booked a venue

A lot of my clients bring me on board once they’ve booked a venue, which is also a great place to start. From there, we’ll review your budget and right away you’ll get your Plan Smarter, Stress Less Checklist. Next up is booking all of your vendors, and the rest (like event design and all of the logistics) flows from there.

3. After booking a few vendors

Sometimes my clients are off to a great start and have been able to book their venue and a handful of vendors on their own. But then they quickly realize their limitations (you don’t know what you don’t know) and decide they want to bring a professional on board to make sure they are moving in the right direction and making smart decisions for the remainder of the planning process. No matter what you’ve accomplished so far, I’m ready to jump in and assist with everything from that point on.

You won’t find any month-of or day-of coordination packages here.

“Working with Leah was the best decision we made of the entire wedding experience. She is kind, attentive, organized, thoughtful, patient, and creative. The list could go on forever, and I mean that. If you are considering hiring Leah, but not sure just yet, do it. She offers great advice, connected us to the best vendors, kept me calm throughout the planning, and executed the day perfectly. All week, our married friends shared stories about not really remembering their wedding day, and about how it was over in a flash. They warned us to not sweat the small stuff because many things would inevitably go wrong. But none of this was our experience at all. As we reflected on our wedding weekend, we were so happy that we remember each moment, enjoyed each little element, and felt 100% secure that each detail was taken care of. If there were any metaphoric fires that needed to be put out, we never knew about them. Instead, we spent the entire day with huge smiles on our faces because as far as we were concerned, thanks to Leah, everything was perfect. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!”

Here’s what’s included in every Color Pop Planning Journey:

Budget: Once I know your likes, dislikes, and how much you want to spend (I call this the “Ensure Your Dollars Make Sense” conversation), I’ll provide guidance on and create your budget, which I’ll continue to manage for you for the entire planning process.

Plan Smarter, Stress Less Checklist: This custom document contains all of your major to-do’s for the wedding, along with suggested timing for getting everything done. It’s a way to keep you organized, hopefully feel less overwhelmed, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Vendor Booking Strategy: I’ll research and send you information and pricing on a handful of companies per vendor category, usually tackling two vendor categories at a time. (Trying to juggle more than that at once often leads to overwhelm.) As we work through all the vendor categories (photographer, videographer, caterer, florist, DJ/band, grooming, hotel blocks, transportation, etc.), I’ll be discussing proposals with you, facilitating calls with the vendors you want to chat with, and reviewing contracts for the vendors you ultimately decide to work with.

Event Design: Consider me the creative director of your wedding! While I don’t handle florals or make anything myself, I’ll make sure you’re working with the right floral designer or other design vendor to bring your vision to life. I’ll help you select a color palette, make sure all of the visual elements of your wedding are cohesive, and brainstorm ways to make the day feel extra personal.

Ongoing Communication: Throughout the planning process, I’m available for questions, guidance, or even a venting session if you start feeling stressed.

Logistics: As we get closer to your wedding, I’ll be coordinating all of the details with your venue and vendors, attending final meetings and a final walkthrough, preparing your day-of timeline and floor plan(s) — in general making sure everything is wrapped up nice and neat.

Color Pop Playbook: This is the ultimate guide to your wedding day. It will contain your day-of schedule, floor plan(s), list of personal items you need to bring, set-up instructions for the vendors, and all of your vendors’ contact information.

Day-Of Coordination: My team and I are there on your wedding from start to finish so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

 Sounds pretty dreamy, right?
